Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the behavioral health sector.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, or Communication).
At least 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field within the behavioral health industry.
Strong understanding of behavioral health services and client needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
