- Lead and develop client relationships

Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B client relations, ideally within HR, training or services
- Results-oriented with a KPI-driven management culture
- Strong analytical skills and a structured mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a partner-oriented approach
- Strong prioritization skills and agility in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable with IT tools (HR software, Microsoft Office suite)
