About this role
Role Overview
Lead and develop client relationships
Manage a portfolio of key corporate accounts
Build a consultative, expert relationship with HR, Training and Procurement stakeholders
Identify needs and propose value-added solutions
Ensure performance and quality
Ensure implementation and adoption of processes agreed with the client
Set up and monitor performance indicators
Conduct regular checkpoints and lead corrective action plans
Ensure commitments, deadlines and quality standards are met
Lead governance activities
Prepare reports and analyze KPIs
Organize and lead follow-up meetings
Promote continuous improvement and service optimization
Mobilize and support teams
Promote customer focus and team spirit
Support teams in complying with processes and controls
Contribute to collective skills development
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B client relations, ideally within HR, training or services
Results-oriented with a KPI-driven management culture
Strong analytical skills and a structured mindset
Excellent interpersonal skills and a partner-oriented approach
Strong prioritization skills and agility in managing multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable with IT tools (HR software, Microsoft Office suite)
