Role Overview

• Lead complex SAP integration initiatives within the pharmaceutical sector
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams
• Manage critical vendor relationships

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years' experience in IT Project Management
• At least 5 years leading SAP integration or ERP implementation projects
• Proven expertise in vendor management
• Demonstrated knowledge of pharmaceutical industry operations
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Exceptional organisational and time-keeping skills
• Advanced people skills and proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
