Role Overview
- Central to operational management and a partner to the Partnerships Manager
- Organize and optimize production/delivery: planning, workload allocation and priority management
- Ensure quality of execution, data reliability and adherence to deadlines
- Anticipate operational risks and deploy appropriate action plans
- Ensure continuity of service within your scope
- Analyze KPIs and structure operational performance management
- Identify gaps, prioritize issues and implement corrective actions
- Oversee deliverables, reporting and reviews
- Lead steering committees and operational governance bodies
- Supervise, develop and empower operational teams
- Set individual and team objectives and monitor their achievement
Requirements
- Degree-level education (HR, management or equivalent)
- Significant experience in team management and operational leadership
- Strong organizational skills and a clear sense of priorities
- People-oriented, hands-on leadership and the ability to bring teams together
- Results-oriented with a KPI-driven management approach
- Analytical mindset and strong decision-making skills
- Service-oriented with high standards in client relations
- Comfortable with reporting tools and information systems (IT)
