Lead, manage and develop global finance operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and transactional processes
Drive standardization, digitalization and continuous improvement of financial processes across regions to provide efficient and qualitative back-end support
Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and local regulations
Collaborate cross-functionally with business units and senior management to support strategic initiatives
Implement and optimize finance systems and automation to enhance operations
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance operations team
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for Finance Operations, compliance and reporting processes

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
Minimum 5 years of leadership and change management experience in multinational finance operations role
Strong knowledge of global accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced international environment
Proven track record of managing a SSC organization in a global environment
Proven track record of process digitalization, standardization and automation
Fluent in English, verbally and in writing.
