Conduct detailed CDD reviews for new and existing customers, including verifying identities and analyzing ownership structures, source of funds, and overall risk profiles.
Communicate with customers across multiple channels to ensure the timely resolution of requests.
Manage ad-hoc tasks and projects that support the team's operational goals.
Collaborate with key departments, e.g. our commercial team or the second line of defense to support CDD initiatives
Provide guidance and share knowledge with other team members.
Propose and develop initiatives to improve internal tools and processes in line with company strategy.
Requirements
Have a background in financial services, banking or similar
Bring some experience in customer onboarding, with a strong focus on KYC and KYB
Have experience in working in diverse teams in a fast paced environment
Own a solid understanding of regulatory requirements of the German and Austrian market
Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
Are fluent in English and German.
It's a plus if you:
Have proficiency in Finnish and knowledge of the Finnish market
Are familiar with the tool landscape in the onboarding space
