Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and stakeholders
Advise clients on marketing strategies, both in suggesting new strategies and in offering improvements/revisions to client-suggested strategies
Serve as primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients
Carry and present yourself as the digital marketing authority to clients, making suggestions that will have real impacts
Understand project scope, requirements and resource needs by collaborating with sales, support teams, and clients
Lead calls for clients, introducing them to SMC’s team, guiding them on our process, and helping them feel confident in their decision to work with our company
Responsible for the presentation and renewal of quarterly partnership growth plans with clients
Manage client profiles in Hubspot
Provide clear direction to internal teams, setting expectations and due dates for deliverables
Effectively manage client requests in a timely manner
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of relevant experience as an Account Manager in the dental marketing industry
1+ years of marketing experience
Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs
