Build and own the product roadmap, maintain the project backlog, and manage priorities for the team
Define, scope, and prioritize product requirements aligned with business goals
Identify new product opportunities and features, and pitch them to stakeholders
Lead a cross-functional team through the entire product lifecycle
Collaborate closely with Commerce, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure successful launches and performance

Bachelor’s degree or higher
2+ years of experience in Product or Project Management
Proven experience working with engineering teams
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Nice to have: Technical background or familiarity with software development
High numerical literacy and data-driven mindset
Strong specification and documentation writing skills
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
