Structure the internal organization: recruitment, roles, team missions, governance, KPIs
Establish best practices and client onboarding methods within an Agile SaaS model
Define the department's vision, roadmap, and growth objectives
Oversee all client projects within Professional Services (scope, planning, quality, budgets, risks)
Ensure fulfillment of contractual commitments (SLAs, timelines, scope, performance)
Establish governance with banks
Be accountable for customer satisfaction and contribute to business growth
Recruit, manage, and lead teams
Select and manage Professional Services tools (ticketing systems, in particular)

Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering or computer science
Experience: Minimum 10 years in consulting/software implementation, SaaS, or integration services roles
Significant experience in project leadership, pre-sales, and P&L management
Ideally: experience creating or transforming a Professional Services department within a SaaS organization
Languages: Fluent French (C2), Professional English (B2-C1)
Technical skills: Knowledge of the payments ecosystem, particularly card payment systems (monetics)
Understanding of SaaS architectures, API implementations, and software solution deployments in general
Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple technical and functional stakeholders
