Responsible for ensuring adequate test coverage of the Estreem One platform
Lead quality across the functional scope covering issuance, dispute capture/handling and settlement/compensation
Ensure achievement of quality levels defined by Estreem's testing policy and the Estreem Platform One testing strategy
Coordinate QA activities
Ensure consistency of quality practices
Ensure adequate test coverage for your scope
Facilitate workshops, quality committees and governance bodies
Produce clear, concise, decision-oriented reports
Support the standardization of QA best practices
Define and monitor quality KPIs and risk levels for your scope
Requirements
Master's degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in a technical or business field, or equivalent from a specialized institution
8 to 10 years' experience in software quality management and leading test strategies in agile, technical environments
At least 5 years' experience, including a minimum of 3 years in payments or fintech, ideally with card processing experience
Proven experience working in cross-functional environments, with a demonstrated ability to mobilize and influence teams through impact and collaboration
Native/Fluent French (C2); Professional English (B2–C1)
