Role Overview
- Conduct detailed ARR analysis by segments (markets, customer types, channels).
- Monitor key B2B SaaS performance metrics (Churn, Upsell, Downsell, Expansion).
- Explain Topline variations during monthly closings.
- Act as a Business Partner to the Chief Revenue Officer and the Sales & CSM teams.
- Manage the full Sales & Marketing cost cycle.
- Oversee Sales Commissions: calculate accruals and determine payout amounts.
- Actively contribute to the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts.
- Track variances between forecasts and actuals to identify risks and opportunities.
- Produce cross-functional reporting for our investment fund.
- Contribute to the preparation of Monthly Board Packs and monthly performance reports.
- Support the implementation of standard KPIs in an LBO environment.
Requirements
- Ideally 4 to 6 years of experience. A background in Audit is strongly preferred for methodological rigor, complemented by experience in Controlling or FP&A.
- Industry: Experience in B2B SaaS or the Tech sector is a strong advantage to understand recurring revenue dynamics.
- Advanced Excel skills are essential, along with professional proficiency in English (international environment).
- Autonomy, proactivity, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
