As a Senior QA Lead you will be responsible for ensuring comprehensive test coverage for the issuing scope: card management, self-care, authorization, and tokenization.
You will be tasked with driving quality across the functional issuing domain and ensuring the achievement of the quality levels defined by Estreem’s test policy and the Estreem Platform One test strategy within your scope.
Reporting directly to the Quality Engineering Director, you will play a key role in mitigating quality risks in your area by ensuring consistency, reliability, and transparency of testing activities.
Coordinate cross-functional and cross-team efforts
Ensure consistency of quality practices
Facilitate workshops, quality committees, and governance bodies
Produce clear, concise, decision-oriented reporting
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in a technical or business field, or equivalent from a specialized institution
8–10 years’ experience in software quality management and in leading test strategies within agile, technical environments
Minimum 5 years’ experience in total, including at least 3 years in payments or fintech, ideally with card processing experience
Strong experience working in cross-functional environments, with proven ability to engage and influence teams through impact and collaboration
French: fluent (C2); English: professional level (B2–C1)
Expertise in card payments
Expertise in quality engineering and testing
Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development technologies (APIs)
