As a Senior QA Lead you will be responsible for ensuring comprehensive test coverage related to the acquisition scope
Drive quality across the functional area of acquisition
Ensure achievement of the quality levels defined by Estreem's test policy and the Estreem Platform One test strategy within your scope
Coordinate QA activities across multiple squads
Produce clear, concise, decision-oriented reports
Monitor and follow up on cross-squad test planning
Promote a quality culture within the squads and ensure the application of best practices (shift left, Tres Amigos, example mapping, automation)
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in a technical or business field, or equivalent from a specialized school
8–10 years of experience in software quality management and in leading test strategies within agile and technical environments
Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in payments or fintech, ideally with experience in acquisition
Strong experience working in cross-functional environments, with a demonstrated ability to mobilize and influence teams through impact and collaboration
Fluent French (C2), Professional English (B2–C1)
