Carefully prepare and submit tax registrations domestically and internationally.
Communicate daily with clients, tax authorities and internal departments.
Ensure structured, timely handling of all administrative tasks.
Document and maintain client data in internal systems.
Proactively assist with special cases and ad-hoc tasks in daily operations.
Continuously monitor regulatory requirements and develop your professional expertise.
Requirements
Experience in administrative roles, ideally in an international or tax-related environment.
Customer-oriented with strong communication skills in German and English (spoken and written).
Very structured, detail-oriented working style with high personal responsibility.
Organizational talent, reliability and the ability to work well in a team.
Confident user of MS Office and willing to learn new tools.
Interest in international tax processes and willingness to pursue further professional training.
