Carefully prepare and submit tax registrations domestically and internationally.
Communicate daily with clients, tax authorities and internal departments.
Ensure structured, timely processing of all administrative tasks.
Document and maintain client data in internal systems.
Proactively support special cases and ad-hoc tasks in day-to-day operations.
Continuously monitor regulatory requirements and develop professional expertise.
Requirements
Experience in an administrative role, ideally in an international or tax-related environment.
Customer-focused with strong communication skills in German and English (spoken and written).
Highly structured, detail-oriented work style with strong sense of responsibility.
Organizational talent, reliability and ability to work well in a team.
Confident user of MS Office and willingness to learn new tools.
Interest in international tax processes and willingness to pursue further professional development.
