Role Overview
Maintain our high customer satisfaction score through personalized, in-depth support by answering all customer questions via email, chat, and phone.
Anticipate clients' expectations and understand their needs to continuously improve our product and preserve the "WOW" factor in our relationships. Your role is key to enabling continuous product improvement.
Establish internal processes to better respond to customer requests (dashboards, feedback to Operations and Product teams, etc.) using our continuous improvement methodology. You will identify anomalies, optimize and implement new problem-solving approaches, and keep colleagues informed of all developments.
Requirements
At least one year of experience in a customer support or customer service role serving high-profile clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated empathy and the ability to adapt communication to customers' needs.
Collaborative team player who works with colleagues to achieve shared goals and supports teammates.
Ability to step back from difficult situations, identify customer pain points, and seek feedback to continuously improve.
Self-motivated, with a proactive drive to contribute beyond core duties and improve processes.
Fluent in French and English.
