- Own customer onboarding, adoption programs, and success planning
- Define success metrics and track measurable outcomes
- Build strong executive-level relationships with strategic customers
- Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point
- Proactively manage at-risk accounts and define recovery strategies
Requirements
- ~5+ years of experience in Customer Success or similar roles
- Strong understanding of customer value and lifecycle management
- Experience managing projects and complex stakeholder environments
- Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Familiarity with Customer Success tools (e.g., HubSpot, Gainsight) is a plus
