Handling troubleshooting, deep-dive investigations, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex technical issues.
Managing health, job, integration, performance, and data growth monitoring based on SAP best practices.
Performing administrative tasks such as log data cleaning, security patch level maintenance (applying SAP Security Notes), and data growth management (partitioning/archiving).
Maintenance of transport landscapes and execution of standard and non-preapproved technical changes.
Requirements
A minimum of 5–7 years of expert hands-on SAP Basis administration and support experience.
A valid SAP Certification in Basis Technology is non-negotiable.
Resources must be prepared to meet stringent SLAs, including a 20-minute reaction time and 4-hour resolution time for Priority 1 (Very High) incidents.
Proficiency in SAP Focused RUN, Cloud ALM, and ServiceNow (SNOW) is required.
Must act as technical mentors, possessing strong communication skills and the ability to highlight technical risks promptly to SAP leadership.
