As the right-hand to the Head of Brand & Comms, you are the operational lead for the brand’s image and its distribution across all channels.
As the reference for the company’s strategic initiatives, you independently orchestrate the operational strategy and ensure the performance of our content ecosystem.
You manage expert resources to guarantee the brand’s excellence in the market.
Actively contribute to defining the evolution of our identity and our strategic market positioning.
Drive the execution of an ambitious plan and manage the dedicated budget to significantly increase our share of voice.
Coordinate all interventions (internal and external) to ensure message consistency.
Maintain close collaboration with Group Communications (BPCE).
Define and run an effective influence and micro-influence strategy, both paid and organic.
Manage the operational activation of the internal ambassador network.
Supervise the content team and work closely with the Senior SEO Content Manager.
Orchestrate the systematic repurposing of pillar content into impactful formats tailored to each channel.
Lead the full execution of one to two annual brand campaigns.
Identify new opportunities for brand presence and positioning through proactive monitoring.
Analyze and present results on a monthly basis.
Requirements
7 to 8 years of experience in communications
Significant experience at a communications agency, with references on large corporate clients / major accounts
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in demanding, high-stakes environments
High agility and versatility
Strong adaptability to change and constraints
Autonomy and strong sense of priorities.
