Manage personnel administration and payroll in support of the HR Department: drafting employment contracts and amendments, HR communications, entering payroll items, headcount reporting, monitoring foreign employees
Participate in recruitment and the onboarding journey of new hires: writing job postings, pre-screening, tracking applications, organizing Welcome Days
Implement the training plan: updating and monitoring the training program, enrolling employees, preparing funding dossiers
Collaborate on various cross-functional HR projects and support the smooth running of the HR team
Requirements
You are currently pursuing a Master's (M1) or enrolled in a business school with a specialization in Human Resources
Strong written communication skills
Comfortable with office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ideally, you have prior experience in an apprenticeship
