Role Overview
Focus on planning and monitoring annual training programs, managing the LMS platform, and creating content and support materials.
Will work on integration and onboarding of new professionals, people development, leadership and organizational culture, with a strong orientation toward measurable results and direct business impact.
Needs Assessment: Map technical and behavioral competencies to identify performance gaps; create support materials, presentations and visual content (PowerPoint and Canva); support the creation of Individual Development Plans and design leadership-focused training; develop learning pathways aligned with organizational competencies and business strategies.
Training Management: Develop, organize and deliver training agendas, including logistics and materials; plan, organize and track course and cohort schedules.
Facilitation: Deliver trainings and presentations; hire and oversee external speakers; support learners; maintain and update the LMS platform.
Effectiveness Evaluation: Measure training outcomes and impact on business indicators, proposing strategies for continuous improvement of KPIs; monitor participation and course performance metrics.
Requirements
Experience in Training & Development (T&D) within the legal sector, with a strategic focus.
Experience with a Corporate University model and LMS platforms.
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and partner with leadership.
Results-oriented, with experience in metrics and impact measurement.
Good communication and instructional skills.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
Postgraduate degree in related areas.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning platforms.
