About this role
Role Overview
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers, consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
Cultivate relationships with senior managers and key decision-makers.
Master Loyal Guru's product capabilities to articulate a persuasive value proposition.
Leverage sales collateral and your understanding of client industries to craft effective sales strategies.
Partner with technical staff and cross-functional teams to address customer needs.
Orchestrate internal resources and drive process advancement to close deals.
Diligently track all sales activities and customer interactions in Hubspot.
Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute lead generation campaigns.
Share feedback on market trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities.
Requirements
6+ years of proven success in an enterprise business development or sales executive role.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed.
A consistent track record of exceeding sales goals in a highly competitive environment.
Strong passion for selling and proactive approach to prospecting.
Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
Exceptional written and oral communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and naturally competitive.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
