About this role
Role Overview
- Define, prioritize, and drive the product roadmap for NinjaOne's Apple device management capabilities
- Be the authority within the product organization for Apple MDM
- Conduct customer research, competitive analysis, and market evaluation
- Partner with engineering, design, and QA to drive features through the full product development lifecycle
- Collaborate with product marketing, sales enablement, and account management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related technical course of study, or equivalent hands-on experience
- 3+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, endpoint management, or device management — with direct exposure to Apple platform products
- Deep knowledge of the Apple device management ecosystem
- Experience owning a product roadmap
- Strong customer instincts
- Experience conducting competitive analysis and translating market dynamics into product strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
