Role Overview
- Ensure every piece of event-critical equipment reaches the track and is deployed efficiently
- Assist in the end-to-end logistics planning for each global fixture
- Oversee the movement of sensitive freight, managing ATA Carnets and customs processes
- Coordinate with Track and Overlay teams on delivery routes and venue access
- Liaise daily with DHL, race teams, and commercial partners
- Assist in refining championship-wide logistics standards
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of worldwide freight logistics and international customs
- Understanding of ATA Carnets and H&S standards
- Technical grounding to act as a definitive voice on Dangerous Goods
- Ability to navigate international borders and customs
- Willingness to work long hours unsupervised away from home
- Clean driving license
- Collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment
