Role Overview
- Manage a client portfolio in the Italian market
- Participate in client onboarding
- Project management and coordination with other internal departments (Implementation, Legal, Compliance and Finance)
- Organize and lead meetings with clients
- Assist with contract execution
- Help create agent or distributor files
- Participate in post-launch client monitoring
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Promote the services offered by Treezor
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager
- Deep knowledge of the payments, fintech, or banking sector is required
- Native Italian speaker, with strong proficiency in English and/or French
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail, autonomy, and excellent interpersonal skills
