Enhance Revenue Retention and Growth by supporting renewal, upsell, and cross-sell of client accounts.

4+ years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Consulting, or similar roles
Strong business acumen with experience in revenue growth (upsell, cross-sell, retention)
Experience building business cases, client proposals, and presentations
Proven ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders (C-level exposure is a plus)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Advanced English (written and spoken)
