About this role
Role Overview
Develop and execute a multi-year strategy for the Canadian market
Identify regulatory shifts and competitive moves before they hit the mainstream
Own the revenue and margins. Ensure deal structures are aggressive enough to win but built for long-term serviceability
Collaborate with Regional and Global Teams to integrate regional market intelligence with global product roadmaps
Lead multi-million dollar RFP/RFQ processes and MSAs with the largest players in the EV space
Maintain 100% data integrity in Salesforce
Recruit, onboard, and coach a technical sales force to navigate complex utility interconnections and power distribution discussions
Requirements
8+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within EV charging, renewables, or heavy-tech infrastructure
Deep knowledge of the Canadian regulatory landscape
Technical Fluency: You can hold your own discussing load balancing, power distribution, and charging standards (CCS/NACS)
Experience managing a P&L and a track record of translating field feedback into product requirements
Willingness to Travel: Up to 50% to be where the deals happen. Located in Quebec or Vancouver areas
