About this role
Role Overview
Manage a portfolio of clients independently
Lead and participate in consulting engagements with the sales teams
Ensure the technical and contractual arrangements are secure
Analyze and present technical profit-and-loss accounts
Negotiate renewals
Knowledge of the market and competitive environment
Benchmark competing offers
Contribute to portfolio development and capture new business opportunities
Contribute to tenders (RFPs) and client presentations
Manage a team of 3 people
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in International Mobility (employee benefits/social protection for large corporate clients)
Fluent in English
Ability to work autonomously in client relationships and assignments
Able to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and identify areas requiring attention
Strong interpersonal skills and a solution-oriented mindset
Negotiation skills
