Requirements
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field
- Strong background in Machine Learning (Deep Learning, Generative Models, RL, Physics-Informed ML)
- Experience in semiconductor design (EDA) or materials simulation
- Proficiency in Python (PyTorch or TensorFlow)
- Willingness to relocate to China for 12 months
- Nice to have: experience with semiconductor design tools, multiphysics simulation, or scientific publications.
