Role Overview
- Assist the District Manager or Relationship Manager with customer relationships in their portfolio
- Attend to client queries professionally and in a timely manner
- Help maintain documentation and customer files as per Suncorp’s policies
- Analyze financial statements and complex reports for assessments
- Identify acceptable lending risks to maximize profits
- Support a risk management culture in line with Suncorp’s values
- Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues
- Comply with complaint resolution processes to maintain service standards
- Build relationships with key stakeholders for effective service delivery
- Contribute to a positive Safety and Wellbeing culture
- Engage in initiatives for skill and capability building
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in roles requiring growth and retention of a customer base
- Demonstrated experience in financial services and customer focus
- Knowledge of the Group’s banking, insurance and life products and processes
- Sound understanding and knowledge of Financial Services Legislation requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong communication
- Credit skills including risk analysis and portfolio management
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to make effective decisions in a timely manner
