About this role
Role Overview
- Driving strategic alignment, operational rigor, and portfolio execution across the Generative AI portfolio in IM R&D
- Partnering closely with the Head of GenAI, IM R&D DSDH, to shape, govern, and deliver a scalable, compliant GenAI architecture
- Owning governance of the GenAI portfolio, ensuring initiatives are prioritized and executed effectively
- Leading strategic business planning for GenAI initiatives and identifying resource needs.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in a quantitative, scientific, or business discipline
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or portfolio leadership within data science, digital health, or R&D environments
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations
- Strong executive communication, synthesis, and decision-support skills.
