Vice President, Sales

Role Overview

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the Commercial team.
• Identify new market opportunities and expanding market reach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Cross functional collaboration with various teams to improve customer experience.
• Forecast sales performance, monitor metrics, and provide updates to the executive team.
• Establish pricing strategies and sales policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
• Experience in the steel industry is preferred.
• Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time across USA & Canada.
