Perform data analysis, track indicators and portfolio performance, generating insights to support strategic decisions;
Analyze the market and identify growth opportunities;
Connect information and translate business needs into practical solutions, supporting the design and improvement of processes;
Interact with various internal teams, including technology, product and operations teams, contributing to integrated solutions;
Responsible for the creation and maintenance of products, as well as managing parameters and applicable legal rules for credit products;
Execute Change Management activities applied to the products.

Analytical profile, with the ability to interpret data and turn information into recommendations;
Proficiency with analytics tools such as Power BI;
Proactivity, curiosity and the ability to solve complex problems;
Communication and negotiation skills;
