Support the management of the investment portfolio (Capex), ensuring adherence to corporate guidelines, internal policies and financial targets.
Lead the Capex financial planning process, including data consolidation, forecasting, variance analysis and scenario building.
Monitor the investment project pipeline, ensuring organization, control of stages and providing support to requesting teams during submission and approval workflows.
Develop financial models to evaluate projects, including feasibility analyses, payback, NPV and impacts on financial results.
Track execution of approved projects, analyzing deviations between planned and actual results, identifying risks and proposing recommendations.
Conduct post-mortem investment analyses, consolidating lessons learned, financial impacts and performance indicators.
Prepare management reports, dashboards and presentation materials for internal stakeholders, with a clear summary of key metrics and insights.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in the investment management process, including standardization of models, automation of workflows and enhancement of analytical tools.
Serve as the point of contact for other vice-presidencies, ensuring clear communication and correct flow of Capex information.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, compliance requirements and financial controls applicable to Capex processes.

Language: Advanced or fluent English for interaction with global stakeholders; Spanish is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields; postgraduate degree/MBA is desirable.
Experience: Prior experience in FP&A, budget planning and investment/expense management within complex corporate environments.
Tools: Advanced Excel (financial modeling, dashboards), Power BI or other data visualization tools, ERP (SAP or similar).
Specific Knowledge: Project evaluation methodologies and financial modeling.
Soft Skills: Clear communication, ability to influence in global environments, aptitude for working with multiple stakeholders and leading continuous improvement projects.
