Designing and executing quantitative surveys and qualitative research (IDIs, focus groups) with HCPs, patients, and caregivers to answer strategic brand and marketing questions
Using social listening and online community analysis to identify hypotheses, refine discussion guides, and contextualize what you hear in primary research
Working with claims and real-world data to frame market sizing, patient journey, and competitive dynamics before and after primary fieldwork
Pulling from syndicated panel data and digital behavioral data to understand HCP and consumer engagement patterns and validate or challenge primary findings
Building screeners, questionnaires, and discussion guides; managing audience bids, fielding, vendor coordination, and QA
Synthesizing findings across data sources into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations
Managing project timelines, budgets, and client communication
Presenting findings to clients and internal teams
Contributing to proposals and new business development
Requirements
Have 3-6 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical marketing and/or communications
Have prior experience designing and executing primary research, ideally at a market research firm or healthcare consulting firm
Have a background in or understanding of the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries
Have hands on experience with quantitative survey design, fielding, and analysis
Have experience conducting qualitative research with healthcare audiences
Be comfortable working with multiple data sources and synthesizing across them, even if you have not used every source listed above
Enjoy working with others and be comfortable with client interaction
Have strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Be detail oriented with strong organizational capabilities and outstanding communication skills
Ability to balance rigor with speed and create repeatable frameworks that work across accounts.
Be a quick learner who can pick up new data sources and tools as needed
Be a self-starter who is committed to excellence and willing to take the extra “click” to better understand the data
