Partner with executive leadership to define, operationalize, and track strategic initiatives.
Translate organizational goals into clear operational plans, timelines, and measurable KPIs.
Identify operational inefficiencies and lead process improvements across departments.
Drive business process reengineering and lead enterprise-wide change management initiatives.
Collaborate across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, HR, Professional Services, and Product Engineering to align operations with business needs.
Build dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance insights to support leadership decision-making.
Manage, coach, and develop business analysts and operations specialists.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field; MBA preferred.
8+ years of experience across business operations, corporate strategy, or management consulting.
Experience working within SaaS environments (FinTech preferred).
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business impact.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; proficiency with Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
