Map and document end-to-end business processes
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
Structure and standardize requests, ensuring clarity and organization
Support the definition of functional requirements with business stakeholders
Work closely with the Product Owner (PO) and technical teams
Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and deliverables
Contribute to automation initiatives and operational efficiency
Support the development of standardized process documentation
Propose innovative solutions, including the use of automation and AI (when applicable)

Analytical and holistic view of processes
Ability to communicate effectively with different business areas and stakeholders
Experience in process mapping and process improvement
Organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in dynamic, multidisciplinary environments
Experience with BPM (Business Process Management)
Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and systems
