Requirements
Extensive experience managing complex SaaS or AI-driven projects.
Experience delivering projects for Australian customers, with exposure to APAC environments considered a strong advantage.
Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to manage project financials, understand commercial drivers, and balance customer value with business outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.
Demonstrated experience identifying and progressing upsell, renewal, and scope expansion opportunities within existing customer engagements.
Proven ability to own and influence commercial conversations with customers, including managing expectations around scope, timelines, and commercial impact.
Extensive consulting experience in managing and driving projects in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Be amazing at developing effective working relationships internally across a variety of levels, functions, and geographies.
Highly organised and analytical, with a talent for overcoming obstacles through innovative and adaptive problem-solving.
Proactive self-starter with the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and operate with a high degree of autonomy.
