Manage and prioritize the product backlog, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development team execution
Collaborate with product manager to link business and technical strategy, ensuring alignment of development, release planning, and roadmap to overall product strategy.
Establish cadence for delivering value incrementally, considering dependencies and roadmap priorities.
Collaborate with development teams on iterative improvements to team processes, such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint review and retrospectives.
Work cross-functionally with other product, UX, and engineering teams to deliver on Renaissance’s ecosystem value.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and product metrics to evaluate success and inform data-driven product decisions.
Perform essential acceptance testing in partnership with development teams and QA prior to release.
Communicate releases to broader business, in partnership with product manager.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Education Technology, or related field
2-5 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or related role in software/technology environment
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to translate data and customer insights into actionable product requirements
Experience in educational technology, data analytics, or intelligence/assessment platforms (preferred)
Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams on complex software products (preferred)
Knowledge of Spanish a plus (preferred)
