Serve as the product and business authority for web and mobile financial systems;
Manage the product lifecycle, ensuring continuous delivery of value;
Write, detail, and prioritize technical and business user stories with clarity;
Organize and keep the project backlog and board up to date;
Ensure the success criteria defined by the client are met;
Collaborate with developers, Product Owners, Tech Leads, and business stakeholders;
Monitor product performance metrics and propose continuous improvements;
Support the Agile process and track team metrics;
Remove impediments and facilitate the team's delivery execution;
Lead Agile ceremonies and align expectations between the client and management.

Proven experience as a Mid-level Product Owner;
Experience with financial web products and mobile applications;
Experience with Agile management tools and traditional methodologies (Waterfall);
Knowledge in writing and detailing technical and functional user stories;
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) and facilitating ceremonies;
Experience on projects focused on digital journeys and technology transformation;
Experience producing and managing project documentation;
Knowledge of tracking product metrics and KPIs;
Strong communication and coordination skills with technical and business teams;
