Lead and develop our sales team (3 Sales Reps + external support)
Ensure excellent sales execution in B2B enterprise new business
Actively support critical deals: lead workshops, join client conversations, and secure closures
Responsible for pipeline quality, forecasting, and target achievement
Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success within the Customer Domain
Prepare and contribute to scaling the new business (towards 2027)
Requirements
Several years of experience as Head of Sales or in a comparable role within the B2B enterprise environment
Proven track record in building and leading high-performing sales teams
Strong operational proximity — you can both lead and sell
Clarity, consistency, and ownership in decision-making
A strong appetite for growth, even when things are already going well
Industry background in HR Tech or Corporate Health (nice-to-haves)
