Monitor the progress of campaigns with the agency and internal company teams.
Assist in reviewing and approving briefings and campaign materials.
Track influencer deliverables and ensure alignment with campaign planning.
Assist in organizing actions, events and activations with creators and the press.
Select and organize products for shipments to influencers and journalists.
Coordinate product and press kit shipments, ensuring deadlines and delivery quality.
Manage relationships with suppliers responsible for kit production and shipping.
Support the operational management of contracts with influencers and partners.
Monitor the formalization of partnerships and commercial agreements.
Assist with administrative processes related to campaigns and partnerships.
Register suppliers and partners in the company's internal systems.
Process contracts and payments for influencers and suppliers.
Monitor internal approval flows and maintain organization of departmental documents.
Ensure the organization of campaign information and budgets.

Degree in progress or completed in Social Communication, Public Relations, Advertising, Marketing, Journalism or related fields.
