Plan, organize, and execute corporate events and brand experiences, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives
Lead alignment meetings with internal stakeholders to understand objectives, audience, messaging, and format for each project
Prepare comprehensive briefs for agencies and suppliers, ensuring clarity of scope, deliverables, timelines, and budget
Manage projects end-to-end, overseeing all development stages with agencies and partners
Ensure execution quality, audience experience, and brand consistency across all events
Monitor budget planning, control, and management, including supplier negotiations and budget vs. actual tracking
Manage schedules and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met and integration across the different teams involved
Oversee operational execution of events, ensuring all phases proceed as planned
Produce post-event reports, including results analysis, KPIs, and lessons learned to improve future initiatives
Support projects across different areas, including corporate events, brand activations, internal events, and special projects.

Previous experience planning and executing corporate events or brand experiences
Experience managing agencies and suppliers
Experience managing project budgets and timelines
Advanced English
Intermediate or advanced Spanish
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with different teams
Attention to detail and focus on execution quality
Ability to translate strategic demands into well-executed experiences
