About this role
Role Overview
Strategic development of the customer base and acquisition of new customers
Customer management within own sales territory (Baden-Württemberg region)
Management and expansion of business relationships with key accounts
Technical consultation across the entire product portfolio in automation technology
End-to-end responsibility for the sales process in automation technology, working closely with internal sales, product, and support teams
Conducting product-related presentations and training for customers
Marketing of new products and preparation of market analyses
Introduction and implementation of new sales concepts
Participation in trade shows
Work from home with team presence at the Pepperl+Fuchs headquarters and the regional sales office
Requirements
Degree in electrical engineering or technician qualification with several years of experience in automation technology
Strong knowledge of measurement, control, and regulation technology
Experience in sales, product management, or technical support
Knowledge of automation technology products and their applications
Strong customer acquisition and negotiation skills
Results-oriented approach with strong analytical and conceptual abilities
