Senior Functional Analyst – Total Rewards

Role Overview

• Serve as the subject-matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module
• Partner with Total Rewards, HR, IT to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
• Optimize configuration, support integrations, and ensure compliance with governance standards
• Lead the elicitation and analysis of future-state system requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define functional and non-functional requirements
• Maintain deep knowledge of current and upcoming application functionality

Requirements

• BA/BS in Business Administration, HR, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience supporting HR technology solutions
• Experience delivering software and technology solutions
• Strong understanding of Compensation business processes
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Compensation preferred)
