Own and maintain global salary structures, job architecture, and leveling frameworks.
Lead annual merit, bonus, and incentive planning processes, including budgeting and governance.
Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.
Advise leadership on offers, promotions, retention actions, pay adjustments, and compensation strategy.
Drive alignment between compensation programs and business strategy.
Partner with HRBPs to ensure consistent global practices and fair treatment across locations.
Support development and governance of short-term and long-term incentive programs.
Monitor and address pay equity and compensation fairness across the organization.
Provide guidance on executive and senior leadership compensation where applicable.
Co-Partner with leadership on strategy and administration of U.S. benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance, 401(k), wellness, and leave programs.
Co-Manage benefits vendor relationships and annual plan renewals.
Evaluate benefits plan design to balance employee experience, competitiveness, and cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with U.S. regulatory requirements including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and other relevant regulations.
Support benefits communication and employee education to ensure program awareness and utilization.
Build compensation cost models and provide scenario analyses for leadership decision-making.
Deliver total rewards insights to inform workforce planning and strategic talent decisions.
Develop dashboards and reports to track compensation trends, pay equity, benefits utilization, and program impact.
Leverage data and analytics to continuously improve reward programs and inform leadership discussions.
Establish clear policies, processes, and governance frameworks for compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure reward programs are compliant with local labor regulations and global governance standards.
Support HR systems and processes related to compensation and benefits, including HRIS and payroll integrations.
Manage reward program documentation and ensure consistent application across geographies.
Act as a trusted advisor to the Leadership team on total rewards matters.
Collaborate with business leaders to ensure programs support employee engagement, performance, and retention.
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll teams.
Support change management and communication when introducing new reward programs or policy updates.
Requirements
7–10 years of progressive experience in compensation and total rewards.
Strong knowledge of global compensation structures, job architecture, and market benchmarking.
Experience managing U.S. benefits programs and vendor relationships.
Experience working in multi-country or global organizations.
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and data analysis capability.
Experience building compensation models, dashboards, and reward analytics.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, or similar platforms).
Ability to work independently in a mid-market, multi-country organization and influence senior stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, related field, or equivalent experience.
Professional certification such as CCP, GRP, or CEBS is a plus.
