Calypso Business Analyst-- Capital Market

Vaiticka Solution is seeking a Calypso Business Analyst for a contract position. The role involves detailed requirements analysis, data mapping, implementation, and end-to-end testing in collaboration with offshore QA teams, focusing on trade processing and operational support.

Responsibilities:

• Client has as Canadian DTCC reporting across multiple asset classes—would require detailed requirements analysis, data mapping, implementation, and end-to-end testing in collaboration with offshore QA teams
• Do some analysis on our platform and documenting our platform better for us and helping us with the decision maybe on looking at Wall Street
• Looking of someone who understand from front to back office, how the trade processing is going to happening until you know how it is going to go under the operation side right and if there are any issues or something comes up as a production support
• He or she should be able to, you know, basically take care of that
• And then apart from that, if we have implementation, whether it is AMR implementation, whether it is just a simple module implementation, or if we do upgrade
• Mini upgrade versus bigger upgrade
• We are the one who makes sure that we analyse the entire release notes to understand what has been changed from one version to another
• Someone who worked on most of the modules of Calypso in and out and rather than a specific.Area development and you have more on the configuration, operational and a bit of a coordination, but should be knowing the newer version in the calypso

Requirements:

• Experience with Calypso platform and its modules
• Understanding of front to back office trade processing
• Experience with detailed requirements analysis and data mapping
• Ability to collaborate with offshore QA teams for end-to-end testing
• Experience in documenting platform processes
• Knowledge of Canadian DTCC reporting across multiple asset classes
• Ability to handle production support issues
• Experience with implementation and upgrades of Calypso modules
• Familiarity with analyzing release notes for version changes
• Knowledge of market data providers, particularly Bloomberg
• Experience with FX data reporting
• Familiarity with trade execution systems like TradeWeb and ICAP
• Experience with commodities trading and pricing
• Understanding of operational coordination within Calypso
