Role Overview
- Responsible for bookkeeping and financial reporting using Odoo
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Prepare quotes and invoices
- Oversee accounts receivable collections and dunning processes
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers
- Support budget planning and financial forecasting
- Collaborate with the team to optimize financial processes
Requirements
- Experience in accounting
- Strong knowledge of and hands-on experience with the Odoo ERP system
- Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Independent and structured working style with a high level of responsibility
