Manage a portfolio of clients geographically located across the Americas
Respond to requests from internal and external clients
Monitor and provide appropriate follow-up on email communications with clients and partners
Work with the coordinator to resolve collection issues, disputes, and credit note requests
Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date records of contacts and collection activities
Collaborate with different stakeholders (Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, Sales, and Customer Service teams) to resolve issues and improve process performance
Develop and implement initiatives to improve process efficiency
Be trained to prepare reports for the different Businesses to communicate aging status and actions taken (serve as the preferred contact for all Solvay Business companies)
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a university program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or International Relations (expected graduation by December 2028)
Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Spanish is a plus
Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office environment, scripting, macros, dashboards (Power BI), BigQuery, and SAP is a plus
