You are responsible for the stable operation and strategic development of our digital system landscape.
You maintain and optimize our central platforms and systems (including Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft 365, learning platform) together with our service providers.
You digitize and automate internal processes and introduce structured, cloud-based ways of working.
You manage external IT service providers and act as the central liaison between business units, management and IT partners.
You analyze requirements, select appropriate digital solutions and implement them independently.
You ensure IT security, data protection and system stability.
You are responsible for monitoring, reporting, support management and the documentation of central systems.
Requirements
You have an IT degree, vocational training or several years of solid practical experience in the IT/digital domain.
You possess very strong Microsoft 365 skills (SharePoint, Teams) and solid cloud expertise; you can technically evaluate Azure and Dynamics 365 Business Central.
You are proficient in complex system landscapes and think consistently in terms of interfaces and dependencies.
You have a solid foundation in IT operations and IT security (permission/access concepts, hosting/server basics, data security).
You think end-to-end, prioritize clearly and pragmatically bring technology, business units and management together.
