About this role
Role Overview
Support the management of TV Globo's international distribution strategy in the United States and Latin American markets;
Lead complex commercial negotiations, including preparing proposals, managing the partnership pipeline, and closing deals;
Interface directly with internal teams such as Marketing, Legal, and Finance to ensure strategic alignment and contract execution;
Review commercial contracts to ensure adherence to negotiated terms and to mitigate risks;
Manage relationships with strategic clients, ensuring compliance with SLAs and contractual rights and obligations;
Monitor competitors and analyze business impact to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields;
Fluent or advanced English (required) — reading, writing, and speaking for meetings, negotiations, and document review;
Fluent or advanced Spanish (required) — reading, writing, and speaking for meetings, negotiations, and document review;
Experience in strategic partnerships, business development (BD), channel and distribution management, and working with international or regional partners;
Experience working with partnership pipelines and commercial contracts.
